A record high yesterday, 87º/30º. When I was over at the park early this week the bloodroot was already in bloom; I've never seen it so early.



I got my road bike up from the cellar this week but never got on it. I've stuck with the yard & garden work and it's been enough apparently to burn off a bit more weight so I'll stick with it for the next few days.

Two big projects finally getting done: preparing a new site for the herb garden (I've lost the battle with the bishop's weed in the old one) and moving the compost bin. Not very exciting but it's kept me away from the computer and the news.
