View MARCYINCNY2's food & exercise for this day
Well thank you Mr. Lee. Curtis Lee pitched a fabulous game in that crumbling monument to excess and ego that is the NEW Yankee Stadium. Did I do my happy dance? Yes I did.
The game was a welcome distraction particularly because I've been plagued the past couple of days by two mind worms.
The first, in the usual meaning of the term, is a song, specifically Bob Schneider's "40 Dogs (Romeo & Juliet" ).
"we're like romeo and Juliet we're like 40 dogs cigarettes we're like good times that havent happened yet but will i can tell you where we're gonna be when the whole world falls into the sea well be livin ever after and happily"
Huh? The only relief is to play it again. And again.
The other thing I can't get out of my head is our wonderful locally roasted and prepared Once Again peanut butter. This peanut butter is another thing I have difficulty limiting to one or two servings and since I brought some home from the co-op on Monday it's all I can think about food-wise. I'm trying to make it a reward for breaking 150 but I don't know...

ah. i know that peanut butter well. I personally like Martin's, which they sell at the Syracuse farmer's market . But when it's too cold to go to the farmer's market, I buy the once again kind at our local coop. I wonder if we have the same local co-op?
