Two weeks of my life gone in a haze and I'm still not up to snuff. (I can't remember the last time I heard that phrase, let alone used it myself, but it fits perfectly.)

Two weeks ago tomorrow I had a difficult dental implant done and didn't sleep well for several nights because of the pain. Then we had unseasonably warm weather triggering an early, vicious beginning of the allergy season. Last week I began to suspect my symptoms weren't due entirely to allergies and by Wednesday I had a full blown upper respiratory infection going.

Just to put a cherry on all this, I've had some after effects from the Clindamycin I took after the dental work.

Bottom line, no appetite, no interest in chewing anything firmer that a marshmallow and no exercise.

What a waste of these few days of beautiful spring weather.
