It wasn't really about Valentine's Day it was about being offered a place to stay for a weekend in NYC so we ended up spending the holiday seeing some very un-Valentine productions: another Arthur Miller play and "Carmen" at the Met.

I'd be a lot closer to my goal if it weren't for the chocolate. Usually I eat plain dark chocolate but my nephew brought some Lindt chocolate at Christmas including my first taste of Lindt Creation 70% Cherry & Chili. I can get it locally and I think I've eaten one square everyday since. Very nice.

I think I've slipped into a kind of maintenance without consciously intending to do so. I've been logging my meal plan every morning (sticking pretty closely to it but not always going back to add the extra nuts or piece of bread) and I've maintained or increased my level of activity but I'm just not spending a lot of time thinking about diet and exercise.
