Never Again

Monday, November 16th 2009

I’m channeling Scarlett O’Hara this morning. As God is my witness I’ll never be 150 again. Yes! The past few mornings and again today, my weigh-day, after seeing at least one for eleven months, my scales did not show the numeral 5. What a relief.

Now I have a week to give myself a little safety margin and then I will be free to relax for a few days around Thanksgiving.

I guess I should post the numbers here because apparently Calorie King thinks decimals aren’t significant anymore....

Only One Week??

Sunday, November 15th 2009

From where I'm sitting November is just flying by. Fortunately it looks like my weight is going to be where I was hoping it would be, the same as it was last year, at Thanksgiving. There will be plenty of other things that won't be the same though.

No Telling

Tuesday, November 10th 2009

I was up at 1:00 am this morning and the temperature was 59º/15º. There were mosquitoes out yesterday evening as I was picking up around the yard. It's hard to believe we had snow on the ground four days ago.

The weather yesterday was just fantastic. I should have spent the day raking leaves and laying some mulch but I went to the park instead and then rode into F'ville to do some errands.

This morning I saw a 1.4# drop but I'll wait to see it again before I post it. I've fel...
