Another fun day of biking! I rode for an hour and went about ten miles. Wow. That's pretty cool.
It's kind of neat to be in the negative on net calories and only have dinner left to go!
Getting ready to head over to my mom's for a Memorial Day cookout! Carrie and I took the bikes out this morning and rode for about 8 miles. It took about an hour and was a lot of fun.
Weighed myself this morning and was 223 pounds. I've lost five pounds in the last few days. Woot!
So I've been doing this for a week now, and it's pretty good.
Some updates - apparently I didn't actually know how much I really weighed when I started (either that or I lost five pounds this week). I also discovered that my clothes weigh about five pounds. So between not estimating for clothing, guessing my weight wrong, and maybe actually losing a couple of pounds, I already hit my first target of 225.
Somehow I think the next ten pounds will be a little harder to get rid of

Today was a tough day. For lunch, we visited Perry's Deli, aka " Big Sandwich." The normal lunch at this place for me is a pastrami/corned beef sandwich on rye bread with Russian dressing (approx one pound of lunchmeat). And a milkshake.
Today, however, I simply got a half a tuna salad sandwich and a cup of cream of turkey soup. And I washed it all down with water. Coupled with the thirty minutes of walking (round trip) to get to Perry's, it worked out to be a not too bad lunch, c...
