View MBRAN's food & exercise for this day
I do it everytime. I am so close to Onederland. In fact, a couple weeks ago I was a pound away, but then the binge days took over. It seems like whenever I'm really close to a goal I tend to self- sabatoge. WHY?!?!?! I wish I could figure out the answer... but the only thing I know for a fact is that I just simply like food, all kinds, good, bad, healthy, fatty... I'm a foodie. But, there HAS to be more to it than that. Figuring what THAT is, is the hard part. I try not to deny myself specific foods or food groups in hopes that that will ward off any binges, but it doesn't seem to work for me. I'm a in the moment kind of person. If I want fries and onion rings I'll get both instead of choosing one or the other (when I know I shouldn't be having either). I gotta get myself together again!!!

i can't even count how many times i have been in and out of Onederland.......this is my longest run ever i'm coming up on a
