Days Smoke-Free: 47

I'm pretty excited...for losing two pounds in my first two weeks at CKU. I'm learning a lot and I seem to be making better food choices, even when I'm dining out. CK has been very eye opening for me. I quit smoking this month and feel great....as such, I've turned my energies to walking on my treadmill and now, watching what I eat. I feel that this has been a good diversion for me. But, as I now examine my body, I see that I don't like it very m...
