I'm pretty excited...for losing two pounds in my first two weeks at CKU. I'm learning a lot and I seem to be making better food choices, even when I'm dining out. CK has been very eye opening for me. I went out to eat tonight with some of my chorus friends and while everyone else ordered potato skins, cheese sticks and other fatty foods, I ordered a garden salad (w/ vinegar and oil dressing) and a bowl of tortilla soup. I was quite satisfied with it and didn't regret one morsel of it. I was even able to enjoy a nice glass of Pinot Grigio with my dinner. Funny how you start eating whole foods and other "processed" or "prepared" foods taste sooooooo salty!!

I'm feeling very good about my progress so far...I'm most excited about the inches I'm losing due to my exercise. I hope that I don't plateau soon, but I shouldn't as it doesn't seem like I've lost hardly any weight. But even if I do plateau, I'm going to stick with it.

Great job on the no smoking....I am struggling with quitting right now. some days only one others days up to 4! Great job on the weight loss as well. Hope to hear more from you. Have a Super Saturday
