Happy Friday :-)

Today is "check in" day, and I'm doing GREAT.

1. I'm 5 lbs. down total
2. 2.25" smaller in my chest; 1.5" smaller in my waist; 1" smaller in my hips and .5" smaller in my thighs
3. 65 days SMOKE-FREE!!

This week I saw my non-smoking buddies, and they're also doing well. The next quit smoking group starts September 11th, and I'm going to volunteer to help. I hope that I can be an inspiration for others on this very difficult journey. While I feel pretty confident as a non-smoker, I know I'm just one cigarette away from a pack a day. So, I must always keep this in the back of my head, so I keep myself in check.

I'm having fun working out. The classes are fun (well, okay, I don't know if they're fun, but they're interesting). I can't believe how much energy I have and how good I feel. Now I believe you ARE what you EAT, as how I feel is testimony to that!

I'm going to make today a GREAT day!
