I'm a bit frustrated today. The scale hasn't really budged in two weeks. In fact, I keep on teetering two pounds more than last week but today, I'm back at 180. I know several factors have to do with what the scale is reading, so I do keep this in perspective. Grrrrr, it just seemed so much easier to drop a couple of pounds "back in the day", before children.

So, today, I will:

1. Eat healthily
2. Work out (weight training today)
3. Drink LOTS of water (I haven't been so good doing this lately)
4. NOT smoke (this one will be easy!)
5. Count my blessings: each and every one of them!

I am seeing a downward trend with my measurements and weight loss. Just need to keep reminding myself of this. I do feel better than I did two months ago...have more energy, mood is generally better, clothes fit better, and I am sleeping well.

Just need to keep on, keeping on!
