Well, I'm liking the scale these days :-) Two lbs. down this week, after a loss of nothing the week before. I'm losing about one lb. a week. While I would LOVE to lose 2 lbs. a week. I'll take the 1 lbs a week. Working out consistently is making me feel energetic and is helping with losing those inches. I've actually put on some pants that I was struggling to button up last spring....and they fit nice and comfortable now. I just need to keep on, keeping on....to hit my goals.
My mom is in the hospital, just had surgery. She's doing okay

. I've been spending a lot of time there. I'm very proud of myself tho, because I bring my own food in a little soft cover cooler, everyday to the hospital. I've stayed within my calorie allotment....yeah!
That's it for now. Just wanted to share a little elation over the scale numbers this week.

Glad your mom's doing well. Kudos on the 2 lbs.! That's what planning in advance will get you!
