I'm getting ready to celebrate my first 10 lbs. of weight-loss. I'm pretty excited about it. Although, I must admit, that those first 10 lbs. didn't seem to come off very easily. I had to work very hard for each and every pound! Sometimes I look at myself and can't believe that I really have 30 more pounds to lose. How on earth I'm going to lose 30 more pounds? I just need to take it day by day and pound by pound. Before I know it, it will be gone.

I'm really enjoying how I'm feeling. I have more energy, sleep better, etc. I'm suffering from allergies (I think), lately, which is bringing me down a bit. But I'm trying to persevere with my exercise, despite the obstacle. Oh, and yeah for me: This Tuesday I'm celebrating my 3 mos. anniversary of being SMOKE FREE.

Randy (hubby) and I went to a Shaklee distributor's meeting last night with our General Practitioner (who happened to sponsor us as new distributors). All of those Shaklee people really amaze me. So positive, upbeat. And really, they're genuine people. Some of the stories of how Shaklee touched their lives personally were moving. They introduced their new landmark study, and the stats blew me away. I want to start taking the Vitalizer today (Supplement regime)! But, it's on back order right now. Shakee is a great product....I hope Randy is successful in this new endeavor.

Hi Mercy! Thanks for the encouragement. Yes, it's one day at a time. A trainer at the gym said to me (upon my return from my pregnancy break with a weight gain of 40+ lbs.) "slow and steady wins the race." I think the toughest part is pushing through sticking points. Get ready for them. And get ready to barrel through them! You can do it!!! I look forward to seeing you reach your goal, Mercy!!!!!!!
