Well, I made it to my first Intermediate Goal Weight (actually passed it by a pound). I'm so happy, I'm on my way to my next goal (just 9 lbs. away). I changed my personal profile, and OMG, they decreased my calories down to 1,200. That hardly seems like enough!! Well, truly, I'm usually under my calorie limit every day, so this shouldn't be a big deal....a psychological obstacle more than anything. We'll see how I do. I can always adjust it back up a bit, if I get too hungry.

Okay, I'm 11 lbs. down, my clothes fit better, but I still feel FAT. I can't wait until I look in the mirror, and really like what I see. I'm working out religiously, in hopes that I can turn flab into nice "firm" muscle. I'm liking my upper body, even my thighs. My butt and stomach on the other hand, yuck!! Still flabby! Need to see more results here.

Monday is my and hubby's anniversary. 5 children and 13 years later....we're still going strong. I need to take better care of this relationship tho. Just need to be more mindful that the bond between my husband and myself needs nurturing and care. It's important to the strength of our marriage in the long run.

Going out to dinner tonight to celebrate anniversary. I'm thinking that my calorie limit might go a smidge over today. We'll see. I'm giving myself a "cheat" day today. It will be interesting to see how much I go over. As of late, I've been cautious even on my "cheat" days....cuz, typically the extra calories are just not worth it to me in the long run.

I'm starving right now....gonna go eat some b-fast. Make it a great day all!
