It is important to enjoy the things I do in my life. Having a positive attitude about my day helps to combat stress. Finding exercise that I like to do and liking the exercise that i do make it more pleasant and enjoyable. I enjoyed riding my new bike today and i rode two miles. the new bike is comfortable and fun.
Yesterday at the gym, tom and I threw the weight ball around and that was fun and a good workout in addition to the weights and elliptical.
These fun activities will make exercise more enjoyable. Find as much fun as you can while you exercise.
