I didn't lose any weight this week. Just stayed the same. I did stick to my calorie count and exercised, but I think that the exercise calories CK has listed are too much. I am deleting those calories this week and will get a heart rate monitor to help me count them in the future. I am not beating myself up about it, but just realizing that it takes time and over the long haul the weight will come off. It is so easy to be anxious and want to see larger drops and fast action, but it just doesn't work that way. (Unlike biggest loser). I have followed healthful eating plans for a long time, but just need to control my portions, and my junk food binges. I think I can do this for the rest of my life if I have to, I just need to stay positive.

Today, the boredom at work is going against me. I will add that to my obstacle list and see if I can find ways to alleviate it.
