Lost 1 pound this week. I stuck to my calorie count, but oh boy, that alcohol sure slams on the brakes. My goal is to have only 3 alcoholic drinks a week, but this weekend I had 7!!!! Friday night was the usual bar routine, 2 light beers. Sat night out to dinner at a swanky restaurant for my mothers birthday (2 martinis). Sunday, family dinner at my house. Well, I had to have some wine for the ladies!!!! And I drank my share! Have I learned my lesson? Yes. All the effort of the week went down the tubes because of that. I don't need the alcohol, and I am not going to let it sabotage my good work.

I love myself and am not going to let anything get in the way of my looking and feeling the absolute best I can be. I am going to beat this diabetes and be able to move and feel good.

Just realized that I am wearing my blue pants when I thought that I was wearing my black pants. They are a little tight, but I must be thinner or I wouldn't have gotten them on!
