Well, I am almost to a 10 lb loss. Even after the reunion and vacation, I was down 1 lb! It is going so slow though that I am a little frustrated. I dropped my calories by 100 points. Being post post menopausal keeps my metabolism low, I think. :cross3:

I set a goal for 10 lbs and a reward of a new gym bag. I already bought the bag, but i have 1/2 lb to go! I am not using it until I get there. Hopefully Monday. :wink3:

:queen:I was proud of myself last night, because I had a salad with chicken (instead of a burger) and diet coke (instead of a beer) at the bar/grill. Going out is one of the hardest things to do. On Friday we go to the gym after work and then go to my husbands favorite bar/grill. they do have healthy choices there, but it is so hard to resist the bad ones. I usually allow myself a hamburger, but it comes with fries or chips or tater tots and they are very very high calorie and unhealthy. I just can't order that anymore. And I can't order a hamburger without them, so I am going to stick to the salad with chicken from now on and the diet coke. I will allow myself a hamburger some other time when I can control it better. :$

They are one of my favs too. I just have them once in a blue moon or I just pick and pick and pick...
Sounds like you did great while out last night! Good for you!
And Yahoo on the 10 pounds, you are so close I know you will be there by monday so get that bag ready!
