I reached my first 10 pounds and then some!!! I am so excited. the weight loss was going so slow and I put a big push on it to get to the 10 lbs by monday and I ended up having lost 12.5 lbs!!! I am so excited!. I have rewarded myself with a new gym bag and I filled it right up! My next goal is my 5%=14 lbs. I am going to breeze to that one!!:tongue8:
