Sunday, Aug 29 2010 - Exercised Too Much

Well, I see I haven't written since Thursday. i like to write at work but then I get busy and don't have the time. I exercised really hard Friday night at the gym. I ran on the the elliptical at 70 rpm. Then I had a good workout on the weight machines. Then we had dinner, and went to my daughters birthday party. i resisted food and allowed myself 1 glass of wine. i was goo!!! Then yesterday, (Sat) I went for a long bike ride on the bike trail in the forest preserve with my hubby. We rode to Oakton and then stopeed for pizza at Barnabys. Oops. That was kind of bad, but all my riding made up for it. I was tired even yesterday from my fri exercise. Now today I am exhausted. I mean really exhausted. and I want to eat everything in sight. I had a huge breakfast and had to push myself away from the table. somedays it's just so darn hard. That exercise really gives you an appetite.

WTG on the great workout on Friday and Saturday!
Yep a good workout will up your hunger and it can be a challenge not to eat everything in site... Hope you got a lot of rest yesterday!
