Monday, Oct 4 2010 - Didn't Track
View MIDDLEROAD's food & exercise for this day
I didn't track all weekend. I am sure some of you have had those times. In fact, I had food amnesia all weekend. Just let myself go. Weekends are hard because there is so much going on. Also, was feeling under the weather. Good workout on Fri., no exercise all weekend. Weather was cold and clammy and made my asthma bad. But all back to feeling good today, just in time for the work week! Oh well. I had a great weekend. I had lot's of family around and we celebrated Son and Daughter-in-laws birthday at our house on Sat. A good time was had by all and the party lasted well past midnight.
I worked out my fingers a lot, knitting a decorative scarf for myself. I started and undid it many times over the summer and then re-started it last week and it took off. I have a lot of shirts with low scoop necks and they feel cold and uncomfortable to me, so I am trying to find/make some scarves to wear with them. As I lose weight, the scoops get lower and lower. LOL.
Back to basics today. I will have a good eating week, I am sure. Hope you all do too.

Weekends are tough for most of us. We lack the structure of the work week and 8+ hour days. I still struggle on weekends and I've been at this for over a year. The worst: when I go out. Ugh. All those beers!

You are not alone on the weekend calorie amnesia. I work hard to at least recapture so I don't totally unplug but some of my weekend calorie count can go as high as 3000. Take care and have a good day.

Weekends are tough for me too. I start off logging and then end up stopping by dinner time. That is when my hubby and I end up going out and then I don't go back and log...
Have fun knitting....
