I always exercise to get a fitness workout in. I get my heart rate up and keep it up for 1/2 hour and then I go and do weights for a 1/2 hour. But what is this about the fat burning range.?Should I be staying in that or not? I know I have heard both ways, but I don't see why the fitness range wouldn't be better..... I think I'm crazy, but I joined a get fit challenge at my gym. I will have a trainer once a week for 12 weeks. They weigh you in do your body mass and take a picture of you. I really want to come out of the winter lighter, but I have not been very good at losing weight. I go up and down and up and down. My therapist says that I can do it because I have shown that I can lose weight. But I can only lose a little bit ant then I get stuck. Hey, I'm feeling good. I'm on the back side of this cold. Feel up to challenging myself again with a re-commitment to my CK program. I tracked 1 full day and am on my way through day 2. It's amazing how many calories you can eat when you aren't tracking. Even the little things add up! So I am glad I tracked yesterday cause I went way over. I haven't weight in this week or last because of being sick. I feel like I lost though because of my sickness. I haven't really been able to eat. Now is the...Wednesday, January 12th 2011
OK. So I have been out of the office here for a few weeks. I missed you all. I have been sick since Christmas with a horrific cold and CK was the furthest thing from my mind. Also had lots of bdays to celebrate. The partying starts around 12/21 and doesn't end until 1/4 or so. Then I always end up with a cold. I feel that I have been very positive through the holidays. I actually had the best Holiday ever. I did so many Christmas activities with my family and didn't worry about perfect deco...
