Hey, I'm feeling good. I'm on the back side of this cold. Feel up to challenging myself again with a re-commitment to my CK program. I tracked 1 full day and am on my way through day 2. It's amazing how many calories you can eat when you aren't tracking. Even the little things add up! So I am glad I tracked yesterday cause I went way over. I haven't weight in this week or last because of being sick. I feel like I lost though because of my sickness. I haven't really been able to eat. Now is the time to watch out, though, because when you don't eat when you are sick then you overdo it later.
I am going to set a new goal for making it through the winter with a weight loss. It has been my pattern to gain in the winter and winters have helped add up the weight. I want to go into spring with a lighter burden.
