I always exercise to get a fitness workout in. I get my heart rate up and keep it up for 1/2 hour and then I go and do weights for a 1/2 hour. But what is this about the fat burning range.?Should I be staying in that or not? I know I have heard both ways, but I don't see why the fitness range wouldn't be better..... I wish someone would help me answer this. I don't think that the experts know either.

So, I am doing good on my exercise, but I just can't control my eating. I stick to the plan and then exercise and then get hungry for 3 days after! Boy oh boy, it is a vicious circle.

One thing I am feeling better about. My chiropractor did a thing on me to help me absorb water and I think it really made a difference. I think the water was just running through me before. I also have been more aware of my body and I notice that if I don't drink water in the day before I exercise, I have a hard time exercising. I think I get dehydrated during the day and it makes you feel drained. Also, if I don't eat I don't have energy to exercise. I know I have heard this before, but I think I;m finally starting to internalize it and follow it.
