Well, I really blew it on Sunday. Did okay until the Oscars. I bought beer (light of course) but I had 4!!!!! My husband started me on the beer by bringing me one, and then another one. Then family came over and I put out peanuts and cashews and ate them myself. Those damn nuts. Why do I even buy them?? I know they are high calorie and that I can’t control them. Those things really put me over.

I am so disappointed in myself because I worked so hard during the week and then I just blew ...

Yea! It’s Friday!!! I am calling it “5th day” because it is the 5th day of exercise and then I am off for the weekend.

Thanks for the suggestion of muffin tops. I stocked up with several boxes from Sunset Foods. It is the only place that I know has them. I just had a chocolate one. Yummy and filling and only 100 calories. I feel satisfied now.

Tomorrow I have my mammogram. Yuck! I don’t like it. They don’t pinch you anymore but they still squeeze you. And it’s embarrassing. Wh...

Almost to 5th day

This exercise every day is exhausting me. Last night my coworkers went out for happy hour. I had a martini and some appetizer pizza. It was nice, but I had to go to the gym afterward. That was hard!!!! And of course the exercise wears that nice little buzz off real fast!!!! So was it even worth it? Yes. I work in a sales department, so I have to be social occasionally!!!! I think the boss likes that, too.

So when I got to the gym last night, there was not one treadmill, or one elliptical...

Moving Along

Hey! I lost 4 lbs on the scale last night. I couldn't believe it!!! Now I am worried that it was wrong and next week it will be up. I weighed myself in the locker room after my trainer weighed me and it was the same.... so I guess I did lose it. I am back to my November weight and now can move forward to a lower goal. Something is working. Springtime, here I come!

My plan: Exercise 5 days a week but go a little easier on myself. Don't force myself to get my hr up to 145. Keep it in the 130...

At the Gym

Well, I'm here at the gym waiting my turn for the trainer. My time is 7 PM and it is by my work. Iget out at 5, so I have time to kill. Yes, I could exercise and I will, cause it's not even 6"30. I am going to walk on the treadmill, if there is one (it's so crowded here lately) and watch Wheel of Fortune.

I haven't had a great week. Binged some, underate some, ate the wrong foods.... but I exercised every day. I excercised Monday thru Friday, but by the time Thursday rolled around, ...
