View MIDDLEROAD's food & exercise for this day
What a crazy week. Been pretty good with my meals until today
. Trainer says I have too much fat and should only eat natural foods, no spreads, or processed cheeses. He says to be careful with the dairy. Geez, I thought I was doing good to use lo-fat cheeses and those laughing cow wedges! Everyone has to have some cheese. Life is a drag without cheese! Heehee. I saw him on Tuesday and he tired me out. I had a sore knee to start with from shoveling snow and then it was worse the next day. Not directly on the knee, but sort of on the side of the knee. I was sore all over the next day and for two days after. I flubbed the dub on my exercise the next couple of days because of the soreness and also I was busy and tired. He wants me to exercise every day and I missed Wed. and Thurs. Wed, I had a day off of work and ran my Dad around on errands and then cleaned my house and washed the floors, because my daughter was coming. Then she and I went to the opera. It was a busy day. Because Wed was such a late night, I was dragging on Thurs. I really didnt want to go to the gym, but my husband encouraged me to go. So I went by the gym after work, but couldnt find a place to park, so I just drove on. How bad is that???? But I was dragging! And I had a couple of errands to do on the way home. I also stopped by a store and bought some cashews (raw). BAD. BAD. I think I sort of limited how many I ate, though
. But you know they are going to be calling my name until they are gone. Then this morning, I didnt have my food ready to go and I forgot my yogurt and banana and my hubby didnt make me breakfast, so I stopped for a bagel on the way to work. I had a whole wheat one, which is better, supposedly, and I only ate ¾ of it. Will the leftover call to me the rest of the day???? Probably. I also had to have like 4 cups of coffee to even wake up. But now the coffee is kicking in (about 10:30) and I think I can face the rest of the day
Looking forward to the weekend, sort of. At least the temp is supposed to warm up.

And I think you got your workout in on Weds... All that cleaning will make you sweat

It's tough to figure out what to eat and not to eat. I know I get confused I listen to so much advice some days I am just confused.
