View MIDDLEROAD's food & exercise for this day

Having a struggle tracking this weekend. I have let them slide for a long time and it's really really hard doing it. Ate pretty well except for those cashews that I bought and keep calling my name. Throw them out? No way! I saw hubby nibbling on them, so maybe he will eat them up! Anyway, hubby took me out for a valentines dinner and movie. That was nice of him. I didn't even realize it was valentines day on Monday and that is our anniversary!!! I did buy him a present though and this afternoon I'm going to make him a card.

My trainer suggested that I exercise every day of the work week and I missed Wed and Thurs, so I went yesterday and did an hour on the treadmill. It tired me out so bad that i took a 3 hour nap! Hmmm..... Today I was up nice and early and got a lot of things done, so then i took the dog for a walk. It was tough because of all the snow still on the ground and not shoveled in places. I wore my heart monitor and it showed that walking on the unshoveled snow brought my heart rate up a bit more. That was cool. I ended up expending 143 calories, so maybe that helped a bit for Saturday's over indulgences.

Cashews are hard to stop eating. I am obsessed with those and pistaschios
