View MIDDLEROAD's food & exercise for this day

I had a nice Valentines Day/anniversary. I got stuck late at work, but I didn't sulk over it. I forgot my gym shoes and was all dressed at the gym when I realized it. Hubby talked me into doing the bike in my street shoes, so I did. Only did about 1/2 an hour. Since I didn't have my gym shoes and didn't want to go around the gym in my street shoes, I thought it would be good to go home early and cook. I was planning on making this chicken thigh recipe and I had the fresh chicken thighs in the fridge (and not frozen). Hubby wanted to stop and pick something up. He wanted to pick up unhealthy things like gyros and fried chicken. I almost threw up when he mentioned those.
He really gave me a hard time about it because he didn't want me to cook on our Valentine Anniversary. That was really nice, but I have been sooooo good about following my eating plan. and I was really really looking forward to those chicken thighs.

So we ended up going home and I cooked my new recipe. It was excellent. You roll the chicken thighs in a bunch of seasonings and then bake them. At the end you glaze them with honey glaze and they are delicious. I was happy. I had a good calorie day and we relaxed and opened our cards/presents and saw "Castle" which is my favorite show. :)

Oh sounds yummy... Was the honey glaze just honey? I think chicken strips like that would be delish :)
