Well, so much for my battle with the munchies. Binge 6 Diane 1. Do I have to say what I ate? Keebler pecan shorties, potato chips and today, Reeses peanut butter cups. I am having a hard time getting enough to eat during the day and having a hard time preparing and bringing stuff to work. It is causing me to grab for junk food.

I was also disappointed last night when my trainer weighed me in and I had only lost 4 lbs not 6 because he uses a different scale. I use the one in the women’s locker room. Then I was really angry at myself for cheating yesterday. I went home and didn’t have anything to eat at all. I cleaned out my office room and threw a bunch of stuff away and it felt good.

Today the weather is dreary and I am still fighting off the munchies…… Been busy at work, but wishing I was home doing creative stuff. I bought fabric for making some baby clothes for my daughters’ baby. She is expecting in April. I bought a used serger last year and haven’t been using it. I really want to get back into my sewing. My regular sewing machine broke down when I was trying to redo a jacket sleeve that was too long. My daughter said “of course it broke down if you were trying to sew something that heavy”. Hmpf….. I think I really need a new machine. There was one I wanted that was about $300 or $400 but now I think I want the one that does embroidery. That one is $600. I better keep working!!!!

Hope your day goes better. You might want to try the star motivation method to fight the binges. You will do great. I wish I knew how to sew.
