Hey! I lost 4 lbs on the scale last night. I couldn't believe it!!! Now I am worried that it was wrong and next week it will be up. I weighed myself in the locker room after my trainer weighed me and it was the same.... so I guess I did lose it. I am back to my November weight and now can move forward to a lower goal. Something is working. Springtime, here I come!
My plan: Exercise 5 days a week but go a little easier on myself. Don't force myself to get my hr up to 145. Keep it in the 130's.
Continue the good work of planning my meals.
Continue the good work of tracking every day, especially the weekends.
Take my protein shakes after exercise to help recover.
I always heard you should weigh yourself before you exercise, because you lose water weight from the sweating, but my trainer seems to always do it after. I wonder if it makes much difference?
It's going to be a better day at work today. Not so much stress, I think. Maybe I'll have enough time and energy tonight to do something a little fun, like sewing or knitting.
