I am at the gym again waiting for my trainer "farm boy". I lost 1 lb. Wish it were more, but didn't have a good weekend. I will work hard to have a good week this week and a good weekend. I am tempted to undereat the day after I overeat. Does that work? I don't know. My guess is that you can't play the numbers like that. HaHa. I'm still obsessing over my weekend splurge on nuts. I promised not to buy any at all and I am sticking to it.
I didn't have enough food with me today. My salad was a little wilty and that wasn't fun. I did put rice on my salad today to get in some carbs, but it wasn't enough. I onlyhad 1 little orange and a muffin top for a snack. I really need to have some yogurt, my hard boiled egg or maybe even some cottage cheese on these days that I see my trainer. My time isn't until 7pm.
I didn't know what to do with my time between work and training, and I forgot my socks, so I went to Penneys and got some socks and bought some gym clothes too. When you work out every day you need extra clothes. They get stinky and if you wear them again... Wow do they smell...... hehe. I bought some deoderant too so I wouldn't stink my trainer out. I was using that natural stuff, but it just doesn't do the job. Hope this stuff works. LOL.

I hate when you have a busy gym day and you don't pack enough food. That's when I have to keep myself in check or I tend to grab something not so good.
