View MIDDLEROAD's food & exercise for this day
The last I wrote was Friday. I had a good weekend and so far two good days this week. I wasnt tracking very well, but am trying to get back on it. I tried to go back and recollect what I ate, but I am sure there were some unconscious eatings that I just dont remember. LOL. I ate some over the top meals, but balanced them with less eating during the rest of the day. I dont know if thats very good to do it that way, but I am trying. I have to weigh in tonight with my trainer and he wanted me to lose 2 lbs this week, because I have been dilly dallying around. I dont think I lost 2 lbs, but I feel slightly thinner and maybe I have lost something. I also missed 2 exercise days last week, but I did walk on the weekend and went bowling, if that counts for anything. I bowled a 140 which was very very good, for me. I just couldnt believe it. It felt good to bowl and my body felt healthy and strong. All that exercise is helping me, I think. On the elliptical, they have a feature that will work out your arms and I have been using that a little. It seems to get your heart rate up there quickly, so when my legs are failing me, I do a little arm stuff.

The elliptical I try to grab at the gym you can do arms. Boy it wears me out quick, but if you need to get your heart rate up it's a great option.
I hope you lost the 2 lbs...

Keep up the good work. It is worth it. Even though you were not perfect....you are making it a priority.
Enjoy those NSV victories of feeling goog and strong. It means just as much as a 2 pound loss.
