I am still sore from my Wed. workout with my trainer. I ran on the treadmill on Tues and I think I hurt my knee. then after my workout with the trainer, it hurt worse. I went last night and did the elliptical anyway. Then last night I iced it and then heated it. It was slightly better this morning but now this afternoon it is stiffening up again. I wonder whether I should give it a rest. Maybe I'll only do weights tonight, like Leslie.

Still, I was proud of myself for running a rotation of 1 whole minute running and 2 walking for a 30 minute period. I was never able to get up to 1 minute before. 30 seconds was my best. Sometimes 45 seconds. It was pretty great to make it up to 1 minute. This probably sounds lame to all you runners but was a major goal for me. I keep hurting my knee though. I put the treadmill on a level 2 incline. Does that help or hurt the knee??????????

Eating has been going well. I want to lose another 2 lbs!!!!! It 's so much fun when you lose! If I could get down another 6 lbs I would reach my 15% level.

I'm still sore from doing legs with my trainer on Tuesday! Keep up the good work! You will definitely lose another 2 lbs this week if you keep at it!:bigeyes3:
