I am still sore from my Wed. workout with my trainer. I ran on the treadmill on Tues and I think I hurt my knee. then after my workout with the trainer, it hurt worse. I went last night and did the elliptical anyway. Then last night I iced it and then heated it. It was slightly better this morning but now this afternoon it is stiffening up again. I wonder whether I should give it a rest. Maybe I'll only do weights tonight, like Leslie.
