According to my “official” weigh in last night with my trainer, I lost 1 ½ lbs. So maybe the scale I used is different. Hmmm….. I know that what the trainer weighed me and the last time I went to the doc were the same, so maybe his scale is okay. I don’t know, but it made me feel good. Maybe I was down last Friday when I weighed in at the final weigh in for the challenge, because I had been sick and not eating. Funny how your weight can fluctuate so much. I had a good work-out with “farm boy” last night. Now I am up for a good week of sticking to the plan and journaling on CK.

Today, I feel very grateful for all my wonderful CK friends. I appreciate you keeping in touch with me even though I haven’t been commenting on your blogs. I like to do it from work, and work has been hell lately with no time to do CK. I am writing this on word now and then I will transfer it to my blog quickly so people don’t see me fooling around. Silly, huh? At work, another ad rep quit yesterday. That makes 3 in the last two weeks. 3 out of 9. That’s like 1/3 of their work force, which they had already cut way down from 25. Now there is no one to do the work. Us back-ups are getting dumped on and it’s way crazy. It’s almost laughable. In fact it borders on the ridiculous so bad that I can’t even bring myself to care, let alone beat myself up over problems here.
