Diane ..It sounds as if you being handed a full plate of stress. try and take the time to thank yourself for what you have accomplished thus far. If you do not renew with the trainer make time for some form of moving. When I feel this way I force myself to remember how I felt at my starting weight and how I feel now. It works sometimes, if nothing else it reminds us we are capabe of doing this. One step at a time.
