I am working on "coming back". I am still in pain, but coming to terms with it.... Better some days.... Exercise, in fact, any movement makes it worse, but I'm just trying to deal with it. I am realizing, once again, that diet is the most important part of losing weight. Exercise alone doesn't do it. Sitting at the gym,. II am scheduled for my trainer tonight, but I don't know what we can do, because I am in terrible pain. Just a little typing at work today put me in a lot of pain. I am on new pain meds. My 3rd set. The last ones were steroids and I had anxiety attacks from them. I was at my daughters house and I would just burst out crying for no reason. Nothing really seems to help with the pain. I am suppose to have physical therapy, but I couldn't get in until next week. I made an...

I am so grateful for all the support i receive on CK. My daughter is making me journal this week and it is not a pretty sight to see how much I am eating. Sigh.
Got results from dr. It is arthritis in my neck that is causing the pain. I have prednesone and nocol for inflammation and pain. It's helping, some. I guess it will take time. One is a steroid that makes you gain weight and raise your blood sugar. Great!

Well, it's been almost a month since I've been on here or weighed in or journaled or anything! My daughter told me to get back on it! I think I gained about 6 lbs. Darn!
