View MIDDLEROAD's food & exercise for this day

Well, I tracked 2 days last week and that was all. I ate bad, too. This week, I am doing better, 2 days plus I started today. Ate pretty well….. A couple of bad snacks. I am working on it. I really want to take a few pounds off this summer, but the summer is already half over. Where have I been? I guess mostly dealing with the pain in my back and arm and dealing with the gazillions of changes at work. Lost one boss, got another who is making all kinds of changes. They let the receptionist go and now myself and a few others are taking turns at the front desk. It is crazy. I got reassigned to what backups I am responsible for, and that is not a bad thing. I only have 2 to back up and 1 is the impossible one that no one wants to work with and the other is really organized and extremely nice. I had been subbing for the tuff one already and am able to handle her, so I guess that’s not bad. I got rid of one I was subbing for that didn’t do anything and her stuff was a big mess. So good riddance to that one. The new schedule at the front desk is messing with my Physical therapy times. Then we have a 2 day training to go to for a new order system and that screws with everything. All the people who do back-up are depressed. I’m not depressed, but the craziness is hard.

Exercise is going well. I am back on my routine and worked hard with my trainer last night. He is so knowledgeable, I really like him.

So things are looking up. Yeah!!!

Yeah on things looking up! It seems your work is always crazy. I don't know how you do it....
But keep at it, you still have plenty of summer left.
