Met with trainer last night. Then walked 1.5 miles at a speed walk pace. Today I feel like I weight a ton...... REally. My body feels very heavy. Strange.......
Been gainly lately. I'm so tired of trying.

I think I am getting better. I am back to salads at lunch and not needing to go out and find food. Work has been worse than ever, but I am hanging in there.
I wonder if anyone has read "Women, Food and God." It talks about avoiding pain by eating. Avoiding living in the moment and reliving the pain of the past. Very intense.....
