OMG. I am soooooo hungry. It would take an elephant to fill this gaping hole in my stomach. I ate all my calories yesterday, but was hungry all night and couldn’t sleep. Had my breakfast this AM and it didn’t make a dent. Exercised hard last night and did eat my exercise calories. Like I said yesterday, it is hard getting back on the horse.

Gained this week. Not good. Not surprised. It’s hard getting back on the horse. I am hungry and don’t have enough filling low calorie foods.

Work is stressful again. They are cutting back again and there will probably be more layoffs to follow.

The news has been very depressing lately and I think I need to stop listening or reading about it. I seem to be drawn to all the bad stuff. It’s hard to keep a positive attitude when you are reading and listening to all the negative thing...

Thanksgiving was so…so. Food was good, family behaved themselves. It was a lot of work though. Last week I started out eating well, and then lost it as Thanksgiving approached. I had family over and cooked everything. I did okay through the dinner but then later I ate too much dessert, too many nuts and too much alcohol. I did the gym on Friday but then ate out also. Sounds negative, but its not

My blog on Monday sounded kind of negative. Yes, I have a hard time with negative thinking, especially at work. Everything turned out just fine , but the walk I did during lunch really helped. I also did my workout at the gym that night and worked really hard. Last night I went for a walk with the dog and ran into a couple of women I know that walk every night. Doing better than last week. Having trouble getting the eating under control but feeling pretty positive for the most part. Was having trouble with the nerves at work today, so went for a walk in a park nearby that I hadn't walked before and it turned out to be like a 2 mile walk with no shortcuts back!
