Lost 3 lbs last night when the trainer weighed me. When I had to get on that scale last night, I thought I would see a gain because I just felt fat. Wow, I lost 14 lbs since Feb 1st. I had been pretty good most of the week, but I guess I discounted how well I did. I am having a hard time believing that I did it. I feel like someone waived a magic wand. I have been seeing a chiropractor also, that is doing something to help me lose weight, but can that be the reason? Most likely it is a combin...

Well, I promised myself that I would track on the weekends. So, I am tracking now for yesterday and today. I've been having a hard time keeping up with it. I did pretty well yesterday and today, but Friday, OH MY. I went about 300 calories over. it looks like the rest of the week I did ok. I don't know if there were bad things that I ate and didn't put down....I keep having to go back and do it...... I don't feel like I'm thinner. I weigh in on Tuesday.

I am still sore from my Wed. workout with my trainer. I ran on the treadmill on Tues and I think I hurt my knee. then after my workout with the trainer, it hurt worse. I went last night and did the elliptical anyway. Then last night I iced it and then heated it. It was slightly better this morning but now this afternoon it is stiffening up again. I wonder whether I should give it a rest. Maybe I'll only do weights tonight, like Leslie.

I took D3s advice to ask my trainer questions and it helped. He was more talkative about things. I also had an excellent work out with him last night. Thanks, D3.
The last I wrote was Friday. I had a good weekend and so far two good days this week. I wasnt tracking very well, but am trying to get back on it. I tried to go back and recollect what I ate, but I am sure there were some unconscious eatings that I just dont remember. LOL. I ate some over the top meals, but balanced them with less eating during the rest of the day. I dont know if thats very good to do it that way, but I am trying.
