Punzcki day!!!! Someone brought like 2 dozen in to work. I have been ignoring them and they're not really calling to me, so that is a good thing! Those baked goods are very high calorie. I think the worst that you could have.... maybe.

I cooked some hard boiled eggs for work this week. I like to bring one every day for a snack and I guess I didn't cook them enough because when you bite into them they are all runny inside. The white seems to be perfectly cooked, but not the yolk. LOL. But, ...

I see that I didn't post since Tuesday. I went on a binge. So embarrassed. But was able to recover fast and didn't ruin the rest of the week. I think I might have even made up for it. Those little bad things keep sneaking in to my diet. Even if it's not a binge, very unhealthy snacks are making their way in to my diet and then I have to cut out good food to make up for their calories. They make my body sluggish and I lose energy when that happens. I suppose I don't have to be perfect, which is ...

Hump Day

Wednesday. Hump day. And it feels like a hump. Sun is shining brightly but I am tired. Airplanes from O’Hare woke me at 1am and then again at 4am and kept going and going. Flying low and loud. I thought they weren’t suppose to fly at night. If they do, I guess they don’t usually wake me up. But I am tired today.

“Farm Boy” worked me hard last night. A lot of upper body work, (which I need), but it tired me out and made me sore. Lost weight, but not sure how much. I weighed myself on ...

At the gym again

I am at the gym again waiting for my trainer "farm boy". I lost 1 lb. Wish it were more, but didn't have a good weekend. I will work hard to have a good week this week and a good weekend. I am tempted to undereat the day after I overeat. Does that work? I don't know. My guess is that you can't play the numbers like that. HaHa. I'm still obsessing over my weekend splurge on nuts. I promised not to buy any at all and I am sticking to it.

Well, I really blew it on Sunday. Did okay until the Oscars. I bought beer (light of course) but I had 4!!!!! My husband started me on the beer by bringing me one, and then another one. Then family came over and I put out peanuts and cashews and ate them myself. Those damn nuts. Why do I even buy them?? I know they are high calorie and that I can’t control them. Those things really put me over.
