It's been a good day. One of my downfalls is when things at work start to get hectic, I eat. I eat whatever we have. And with the company I work for, the freshman 15 is nothing.
I did my best to just keep my nose to the grindstone and get done what I needed to do. I've been bringing in snacks for late afternoon, which is when I tend to be at my "worst." The snacks have been cottage cheese and yogurt so far. In fact, they give me enough of a punch that when I get home I'm not starving and have time to log into CK and do my thing. (This blogging this is new tho.)
I'm not even doing that badly with my water intake. I've managed at least 48 oz the last two days (each). Compared to about 10 oz every week or so before CK, I'd say that's a pretty good start!
