One thing that just gets the better of me is cookie dough. I purposefully don't have the "crap" food in my house. But the one thing that's always here is the stuff to make cookie dough. So, last night and tonight, the cookie dough has gotten the better of me.

No... maybe I guesstimated too well, but I never went over my limit. But about that. CK is telling me that I need to eat 1,940 calories in a day. If I eat the way I'm supposed to, and for the most part I have been, I'd be eating ALL THE TIME! By the time I finish my dinner, I usually have about 800 calories left to eat. And I'm not hungry during the day. It doesn't make sense to me. Should I be able to eat cookie dough like this and still lose weight?!?!

On another note, I have concluded my old scale was sick. Or something. I bought a new one and magically gained five pounds. But truly, I think the new one is accurate. And as long as it's accurate, I'm okay with that. I still lost 7+ pounds last week. (I'm sure it was mostly water.)
