I think I've come to the end of my "water weight loss." It seems I've consistently loss about eight pounds. And that was really without much effort. I just up'd my water intake. So now it's time to get it movin.

The good news? My project is ... launched. I can't say it's completed because that wouldn't be true. But at least the website is launched.

I'm off to figure out my food for the next week. Wish me luck!

You are doing great and look at you "up'n the annie" by increasing your activity level. WTG on getting your food planned for the week, that can often make or break you.
