I've kind of been MIA on my blog recently. I've been having some inter-turmoil that i've been trying to deal with, tho I'm not sure I've succeeded.I had major food blow ups two days straight. Five green checkmarks, except for those two days. I had written previously that I didn't think I was an emotional eater..boy, did I prove myself wrong. 11:30pmI'm having a lonely night. I had e-mails out to two of my clients and hadn't heard anything from either all day. I know I typically work at night (because I also have a day job), but the projects I'm doing for them are for their day jobs. Anyway, I finally heard from both. I had what I'm calling a backwards ah-ha moment. For almost a year, I've been seeing a psychologist. Some people frown on this type of therapy, but I have found it extremely helpful. The really scary part is I just figured out how to make all of those smiley faces you guys have been making. Some things I'm real quick on - others, apparently not.Today has a been a DAY! I started by my waking up, letting the dog out, and realizing that I had shut down our entire e-mail and remote connection system at work. I know I should consider us lucky. It's been raining since sometime yesterday afternoon. Yet, somehow there is still some bits of snow left on the ground. Weird. But I know other areas not so far from here were supposed to get blasted with a bunch of snow agin. I'll take the rain.Things are going alright. My stomach is still bugging me a bit from the water (or whatever) incident of Sunday. I wish I could pinpoint what happened.
