Well, I survived Thanksgiving. Just packed up my parents and they're on their way home. They had some projects at home they wanted to finish.
I didn't weigh myself this morning, but yesterday morning, I was about what I've been weighing in the morning, so that's good. But, yesterday was probably reasonably high calorie as well ( Not nearly as much as thanksgiving day, though ), so hopefully I didn't go up any.
That's 2 days I didn't do p90, but I walked both days, so that probably help...

i didn't do full cardio last night. Only about 20 minutes, and my heart rate was above 130 for all of about 2 minutes, so it wasn't much of a workout. But, I went to bed at a decent time and sleeeeept all night long, which is good - haven't been doing much of that lately.
This morning, I walked 3.1 miles around the park at a pretty good rate. My avg heart rate was 135 or something around there, which is good. That's high enough for me to be in cardio mode, so I suppose that makes up for not...

Ugh, last night wasn't a lot of fun. My cat had some 'issues' last night that I had to deal with. That I didn't probably do in the best manner. But, at least it's over now.
My cat is still pretty mad at me.
I did p90 weights last night with additional weights. Now I'm wondering if moving up was the best thing or not. But, at this point, I think i'm going to stick with it. There's a few of the lifts I need to work on because I don't think I'm doing them quite right. Basically, the lift...

had a super-busy weekend doing all sorts of things. I ate a lot both sat & sun, but I was also constantly moving and doing things - and I did exercising on top of that, so I think it was okay.
I did p90 cardio last night. Had a hard time keeping my heart rate over 130 during the first 15 - 20 min or so. Still ended up with a heart rate of 130+ for 20 - 25 min, so that's good. I think starting next week I'm going to rotate p90x cardio and some tae bo cardio in with things just to keep it...

Really busy today getting ready for my folks coming for Thanksgiving. Had to get various things from different stores, so I spent a good part of the day walking around. But, I now have a wool stocking cap and some gloves.
I ended up not doing p90 last night, I was very tired and sore - didn't sleep much the night before. But, I wasn't that sore at all today. I did p90 weights tonight, and that seems to have gone pretty well. I think the next time or perhaps the next next time I need to inc...
