walked in the park this morning. Was rather chilly (34.8 out!) . I believe I need to invest in a more appropriate hat for winter, some gloves, and possibly something for my legs.

I did the p90 weight stuff last night using less weight - 5lbs less per side - making it easier to do all the weights through the whole thing.

Talked to my friend yesterday who told me about the p90 stuff in the first place about my issues with the cardio. He generally agreed with my thought that the 1-2 is really designed for someone that hasn't done any sort of exercise in years. I've been doing a fair amount of exercise since end of june/july, so while I'm not in excellent shape, I'm not in that bad of shape, either.

He suggested trying phase 3-4 (currently using 1-2) and if that still doesn't bring my heart rate high enough (i want to do over 125 or so for at least 20 minutes), then try the p90x stuff. I was looking at the p90x cardio-ish stuff, and it certianly looks more interesting - but it's certinaly longer. I may just end up mixing it up a bit, there's 1 official cardio video in the p90x series, but there's also a kempo karate one and a yoga one. I'm thinking about just mixing it up, doing all of them, including the tae bo vid i was using previously.
