so sore today. i did the p90 3-4 cardio at 11pm last night - it lasts for about 40 minutes, so I was up later than I should have been, doing activity late. And I haven't been sleeping well this week.

I was sore yesterday, too. Hopefully I can sleep tonight and that will help out overall.

o, and the p90 3-4 cardio was good enough to keep my heart rate above 130 for 40 minutes (it dipped down to ~120 a few times when getting drink, but not for very long), so that's good.
