had a super-busy weekend doing all sorts of things. I ate a lot both sat & sun, but I was also constantly moving and doing things - and I did exercising on top of that, so I think it was okay.

I did p90 cardio last night. Had a hard time keeping my heart rate over 130 during the first 15 - 20 min or so. Still ended up with a heart rate of 130+ for 20 - 25 min, so that's good. I think starting next week I'm going to rotate p90x cardio and some tae bo cardio in with things just to keep it moving along.

I have p90 weights tonight. Going to increase the weights by 5lbs, I think, so that'll be more of a challenge.

Wow, I didn't realize you blog now! I never do titles. It's the rebel in me. Woot for increasing the weight, that's a sure sign of progress :rock1:
